Rachel Fisher
Print & Production Director, Rachel Fisher, has been with Onion River Press since 2017. In that time she has helped more than 100 authors realize their dream of being published. While she took a long "break" to raise a family, her background is in publishing, starting as an editorial assistant in New Jersey and leaving publishing as the Managing Editor for Hyperion Books for Children/Disney Press in 2001. When not publishing books, Rachel is publishing The Burlington Community Newspaper. If those two full time jobs leave her any free time, she can be found cooking, reading a book, or cold plunging.
Sepideh Alavi
Sepideh Alavi is a designer with her undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati and an MFA from California College of the Arts. She has so much design experience that you wouldn't believe it if she listed all of it—though museum work, book design, and her work with liberation & abolition groups in Vermont are among her favorite. When not designing words and images on a page, she can be found slinging clay, cheering at her son's little league games, or playing family boardgames and pretending not to be upset when she loses.
Kelley Lebahn
Editorial Assistant Kelley Lebahn is the newest member of the Onion River Press team. She is a graduate of Champlain College where she gained her degree in Editing & Publishing and minor in Public Relations. She has edited for Crossover News as well as multiple magazines. She is often found thrifting or reading at the waterfront.
